Very happy with the experience overall. Great communication, work, and results. The studio is very nice and close to other shops.

I gave the lovely artist 5 stars for many reasons. For starters her customer service is beyond amazing. I am very particular about who works on anything permanent on me. I had prior undesirable experience with another artist (not at this salon), therefore I came in with a little bit of PTSD. Dianez demonstrated such patience with me explaining how she would correct the color. We touched bases several times before I actually came in to her studio. I wanted to make sure this time around the person touching my eyebrows had the knowledge and love of this craft to correct last botch job. When I did finally come in I was greeted by a sweet , warm humble little studio and most importantly VERY clean. She narrated the entire process as she was working on my eyebrows. I really appreciated this because I really don’t understand anything about pigmentation and what happens depending on your complexion etc. I was still hesitant because I really didn’t know how it would turn out. Nonetheless I am extremely satisfied with the results of the correction and appreciated how she followed up with me and asked to see photos so she could see the results after a few days. Lastly, she is more then competitively priced!!! I say book now before she gets so busy that may change!
